Network Share Access Questions

Mirroring a share across the Windows server network
Can I mirror a share across the network for high availability and back up purposes? Using Windows 2008 we have several shares. I would like to have the same shares on another Win 2008 box. Can I have changes sent to the box automatically or will I need to script it?

Network Sharing Error
I receive an access denied error when trying to access any shared folders within my home network(except for files within the ‘public’ preshared folder). I have checked all of the settings but cannot access any other folders. Please help
