We have a user on our 2003 AD network that needs to be able to access their PC remotely using remote desktop. They are not a local administrator. How can I make this work? Is this a safe practice?

In my office, we have Juniper SSG 140 and 1 port which is the Internet port will always hang everyday and we will need to restart the firewall everyday. Has anyone seen this problem before? If yes, why does the port on the firewall will hang?

Can McAfee 8.7 not recognize the threat EPO server is warning about?
Why does my EPO server tell me sometimes that it has found a threat but could not do anything about it? Mcafee 8.7 on the desktop. If it can identify the virus and see the files why can it not fix or quarantine it?
