Error 1606. Could not Access Network Location :.
I can’t install or uninstall a lot of software (most notorius java runtime) because of that message, I’ve been searching for solutions over the past few months and nothing solved this problem. Now I’m trying to reinstall steam and that error pops up, it doesn’t mention appdata or anything, only :. (semicolon, dot)

SBS 2003 replacing port hub issue
I recently replaced an 8 port hub with a 24 port hub on my sbs 2003 network. This connected fine to the server LAN but with no connectivity to the internet – all other workstations showed “Limited or no connectivity” – any ideas what I am doing wrong?
