• LAN design – 2 sites

I need to design a LAN for a company with 2 sites 20 miles apart. I am not sure whether to have servers on each site or as central on the network. And the two sites should connect (ATM,Frame Relay or ISDN) what's the best way to do this? Cost is not a problem.
