bandwidth distribution
hi all, can u tell me how isps distribute bandwidth to the customers(both dial up and leased)how to check that proper distribution is taking place and everyone is getting the correct bandwidth.is there any software that could b used to keep an eye?what else can be done?how to control??? thanks…
