Outlook 2007 and 2003 Emails time changes

I am having a problem with a couple of systems, 1 is Outlook 2007 and other is Outlook 2003 with updates.  Everytime Outlook checks for new email and there is something to download, the time on the already downloaded messages changes to the time it just checked for new messages.  Users Email...
