I am working on a Gateway MX6453 notebook with a bad motherboard (part #31MA3MM00B1) and am having trouble finding a replacement board. Does anyone know if I am limited to this exact part number for replacement or do I have other options? If so, what other boards can I use as a replacement.

If a motherboard supports both 333Mhz and 400mhz of Dual Memory and has 3 memory slots and a maximum of 1Gb limit each. Is it alright to insert a memory with 400mhz if the motherboard already has two 333mhz memories installed.

hello i did something wrong in my bios an fried my chip ,however luckily i have an exact spare motherboard if i just throw it in will it all be ok or will i lose windows an data etc .thanx for any help reub ps i wont flash bios again

how to prevent users from changing motherboard bios if they removed board battary, i mean what can i do to prevent bios frem being restored if the battary was remove when sttarting up the pc ? thanks,
