BlackBerry 8700 that is not receiving or sending email using BES
I have a BB 8700 that is not receiving or sending email. I have sent a new service book from the BES, but that has not helped. The BB shows a good signal strength. A cold boot of the BB has been done and it was wiped and completely reloaded but the problem still exists.

Cisco wireless controller authentication
Have serveral RDT devivces that are set up to Cisco Wireless controller. The devices are connecting and authenticating fine, but it seems when rdt’s roam from 1 ap to another the rdt’s need to re-authenticate even thought they are already authenticated. Mail CC’d not showing on BlackBerry
I have a rule on groupwise which sends mails I’m cc’d on direct to a folder. The folder is visible on the Blackberry but empty. The are no filters set on either the Blackberry or BES Server. Any help would be much appreciated.
