When you open the wireless zero configuration tool does it actually say you are connected? If not, then disconnect and reconnect the network and reenter the key. It sounds like the computers see the network but aren’t actually connected to it. How to create separate .pst files for separate profiles in Outlook
go to the control panel, find the mail accoutns icon, open it, add NEW profile (don’t copy existing) and you should have a new set of *.psts for that new profile then.
