I am trying to download pictures from my computer to my blackberry and it will not work. When I click on the device, it says “windows can not start this hardware device because configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19). How do I fix this??? Thank you.

I have some users using blackberry device to receive emails from Exchange server 2003 through Outlook web access service. But out of sudden, it is not working. It always return error message, that password is invalid. But I can access the email through IE with the same ID and password.

But when I tried to configure email account in the device using POP3 port, I am able to do so.

What is possible cause for this issue?

Anybody can help?

I’m currently using Exchange Server 2003 and ESoft Instagate 604 as my firewall and spam filter for the organization. I set up a single site connector that has the Exchange server as the bridgehead, and I point the connector to the IP address of the Instagate box. This works fine but I have three users that use the Blackberry Desktop re-connector and they continue to receive error messages in their Outlook inboxes indicating that Blackberry can’t send to that user. Can anyone help correct these errors?

Disappearing Appointments From Outlook

Hello

I have blackberry that is synchronized with my outlook through exchange 2007.
I have started noticing that appointments that i add to my calendar are randomly disappear
both from my outlook and from my blackberry.
i have exchange 2007 SP1, Outlook 2003 SP3.
I had a few mobile devices before that were synchronized also with outlook but i had no such occurrences.
please your help.

I have a Palm Zire 72 and will be buying a Blackberry Pearl today. I want to transfer all of my Lotus Notes Domino data from the Palm to the new Blackberry. Is there software that I need to purchase in order for this transition to go smoothly? I have both my Palm software and Lotus Notes client on my personal computer.
