In the box you should have received the CD with the drivers and a wireless adapter for both your computer and the printer.  Also, read the instructions that come with the box.  If you don’t have any, go on Google, type in the brand of the printer and then download the PDF manual.

Unplug your router and wait one minute before you plug it back in. This will reboot it. It should be the 1st step you take when you are having this problem. Once you plug it back in, watch the lights. It will take a minute or two for it to go through the reboot process.

try this, in your BBM, hit the home button and go to options and there is a settings  stating “Ignored Contacts”. Press Edit and find the user BBM pin and remove it and you can try to add the user again. If that don’t work, give your phone a restart or battery pull
