Send Outlook 2007 email copies to Blackberry when user is OOO

From what I can see, You can create a forwarding rule within OOO (RULES button in Out-of-office Assistant). I don't think you can forward outside your domain (well, at least we can't) but, if you put the BB account in a hidden Mail Contact address, you can forward to that.

Unread messages in BlackBerry Outlook

Its due to the BES having access and syncing your mailbox, if using a BIS version of the software there are essentially two mailboxes so the read mail isnt updated to the blackberry if you read it in outlook.
