I’m upgrading Office 2003 to Office 2010. Before I install 2010 Office Professional Pro for XP service pack 3, I need to know will it be a compatible sync with PDA Ipaq x2400 series with Windows 5.0

This is Anand, i have bought one O2 XDA Zinc windows mobile 5.0. i am developing one windows application and trying to sync through Remote. i can sync with Usp cable is working fine but when i try to do the Remote sync i can not connect with my laptop. i have tested wiht HP ipaq window mobile 5.0 is connectiong and can sync also. but O2 only can not. the error message is ” Cannot Connect:
“The Answering modem has disconnected. To check you connection settings and change them if needed, tap settings.” is there any specail setting for O2 windows mobile 5.0 because i was fighting with last couple of weeks. i am using my laptop as a dial-up modem.

Please help me to slove this issue..

I’m having a problem with my users accessing Corp. email by creating a BIS account on a personal RIM device. For security reasons I need to block this some how. I understand that there is a way to block/restrict that on either the FireWall or Exchange. Step by Step instructions would be very useful. My goal is to stop users from having access to set up corp email via BIS on personal devices.

i have Exchange server 2007 it is working fine with OWA and active sync but when i want to use for mobile devices like iphone or windows 6 it is not working if any body know what else i have to configure please help me . in my mailboxs the manage mobile devices is not apearing also.

Does anyone know how to sync mobile favorites using Active Sync 4.5? I have exported the (opera6.adr) to the desktop, used explorer in Active Sync and copied and pasted the file into Opera9 folder and replaced the original one. No bookmarks are showing up. Any suggestions?

Limiting email size sent to Windows Mobile devices via Exchange 2007

Hi All
we are using exchange2007 SP1
is there a way to set the limit of the email that will be downloaded by default to a windows mobile device for example for 200k , and only if the user want to see the rest of the email he needs to press an icon or alike saying download more (something like being done today with blackberry server)

Syncronizing between Distributor and Subscriber in Merge Replication

HI everybody,

i am using merge replication.
my concept is that: a publisher publishes a file and then it synchronized with distributor in a schedule (publisher and distributor are in same server).
Then Subscriber subscribes (Sync) from (with) distributor not publisher. I want distributor to act as a freezed database which Synchronizes with subscriber once a daily but distributor and publisher can synchronized more than once in a day.

is this possible?

till now i have achieved Sync between
1. distributor and publisher
2. subscriber and publisher

but unable to make distributor sync with subscriber?

i am using MSSQL 2005 and my subscriber is a PDA.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Sony Ericsson PC Suite 4.0 does not recognize Outlook subfolders

I want to synch my new Sony Ericsson C902 with a subfolder which I have specifically created in Outlook on my computer exclusively for my mobile contacts. After connectiong the phone (and the computer recognising it successfully and opening the PC suite), and then, via ‘settings’, browse the subfolder of choice, the window shows various Outlook folders but because they are unlabled, I am unable to select the correct/desired sub-folder. So, to sum up, the PC suite does not seem able to recognise subfolders in Outlook, so synchronising with a sub folder is not possible. HELP PLEASE!!
