I am running business where my team has to make continuous
important calls; I am using ‘Mysales dialer’ application in each ones mobile to
boost productivity. This power dialer is for remote usage and works directly
from mobile. Since my team is not limited to work only from office I am using
this dialer but I cannot see the continue performance of each person because
this dialer doesn’t have any connection with PC. I am using LINUX. And now I am
looking for a software computable to my PC which can connect with all mobiles
and show me the hourly summery of each manager or summery of Mysales dialer.

Can you suggest me any software please?

Thank you.

Hi Guys,

I have this problem, whenever we re-activate the blackberry account of our user from one phone to another we usually back-up the old and restore the data to other phone. As to my encounter to one of our bb user, I backed up his bb 8900 and then restore to our spare blackberry 8707. I have restored some important datas like memos, SMS, tasks, etc. except for the Address Book, it was greyed out/unavailable. Is it a compatibility issue or is there something I could do to restore the Address Book to our spare unit? Please help. Thanks!
