My Windows Server 2003 MMC Snap-in fails to initialize and error message : snap-in failed to initialize appears. kindly suggest rectification measures.

I’m not an Admin by any means, but I tinker all the time and got tired of searching for the MMC snap-ins. So I wrote my own program that consolidates about 90% of stuff Admins might use, however, I think my Server/Domain .msc files are out of date, started this program years ago.
Might I impose on your graciousness, how about that for kissing up, and provide me with a list of those snap-ins?

Hello,

I am trying to open Microsoft exchange 2007 management console and get following message:

This snap-in is not responding.

To return to MMC and check the status of the snap-in, click cancel.

if you choose to end the snap-in immediately, you will lose any unsaved

date. to end the snap-in now, click Enda now.

Some one can let me know the issue?

Stand alone snap-ins

Hi,

Can anyone tell me that how can I create a stand alone snap-in ,say “HelloWorld Managment” just like the Event Viewer snapin or Computer Management snapin?

I want this snap-in to appear in the list of the stand alone snapins when I click on Console->Add-remove snapin->Add->Stand alone snapin tab.
