all word document icons are changed into word viewer icons. (office 2003) file type options like open with and the always use this program (selected MSword) does not change the word document file icon. changed the users profile already, but somehow this anoying thing keeps popping up. users are no admins on their pc’s.

unable to open any MS Office Word document directly from Outlook
User said he is unable to open any MS Office Word document directly from Outlook. It does not show him any error. Removed cache files from user’s PC and asked him to restart his PC. Issue still remains
