VBA Code for adding a day 14 days after a template is opened in Word 2003

Hi, I have been asked to create a Word template (2003)that is held ona network drive and will be accessed by numerous employees as a .DOC file. The template has three date fields in the text.

The three fields need to have a date that is 14 days after the template is opened as a .DOC.

I have a VBA code that can providea date 14 days after the CREATEDATE of the template.

This works well but obviously only provides the date for 14 days after the actual creation date of the template.

I am unable to work out what code can be written to provide a day 14 days after the template is oepned by employees and NOT the actual create date of the template?

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Cannot Save Document In Microsoft Word 2003

I back up my files with Carbonite. Recently, I have noticed that I cannot save documents useing Microsoft Office,particularly Word 2003. Also, I cannot add anything to an original document. Can someone offer an solution?

Interface not supported when openning MS word in webbrowser

I am using a webbrowser in delphi program to open MS word (ver: 2002 or 2003) documents.
Sometimes, i got “interface not supported” error message. Once this happened, the doc cannot opened, i have to kill winword in task manager, then try again. Or sometimes, I just try to open some other doc, and it just works and open the previous one, it also works.

Why this happened? how to fix the problem permanently?

MS-Word macro “step into” button

Greetings!

In Word 2003, I’m trying to trace the execution of my macro to look for an apparent bug.

The macro window has a button called “Step into” that I thought would display a step-by-step trace of the macro, but all it appears to do is open the macro in edit mode and place the cursor on its first line. If there’s a way to make it execute the macro (especially step-by-step), I can’t find it!

What specifically is this actually supposed to do for me, and how exactly am I supposed to operate it?

AS400 Overlay Problem

Hello,

I have had to change an overlay (specifically a phone number created) in Microsoft Word 2003. I have uploaded the .prn to the AS400 and created the overlay. However when i run the program to print the overaly form the data has shifted out of alignment mainly down and to the left! Can someone please assist me as I have never used print files or overlays before.

VB6 PROGRAM CALLING / CREATING WORD 2007 DOCUMENT

I currently have a VB6 program that is calling WORD2003 and creating documents. Going forward we will be upgrading to WORD 2007. I have tested this but on the opening of word my VB6 program craps out. Any ideas why? Is it not compatiable?

different footers for two sections

My document is divided into sections and I have created different footers for each section, also using “different footers for odd and even pages” so footers. However, near the end of the document, when I type in a footer on the even page of one section, it replaces the even page footers in the previous section (or if I type the even page footer in the previous section, it appears as the even page footer in the following section). Even though the page set up appears the same throughout the document, footers in the rest of the document, including sections following these two, are okay.

Hi all, I’m having a problem with Word 2003′s dates and wondered if anyone can help please.

I need to take an inserted date in a document eg. 19/3/09 to a nice formal date like the 19th of March 2009 with the th after the day date in superscript.

I really hope someone can help as I am getting in a right ness with it.

I have a report that I am creating in MS Word 2003 VBA. I need to place some text at the bottom of each section in a Footnote or Endnote.
The report is not behaving and the Word Help is not helping, does anyone know a good site to explain how to use and give examples of using Endnotes and Footnotes?
