If I have a terminal server running Windows 2000 am I allowed to purchase old Windows 2000 client access licenses off of ebay? If I have the certificate I am legally good right?

i am having problem with our exchange 2000 server, we can send and receive emails outside but unfortunately the recipients cant receive our email…i’ve tried everything but still it doesn’t works..

Windows 7 Ultimate client can’t see Windows 2000 Active Directory Domain Controller server

I am trying to join a Win7 Ultimate client to a Win2K ADDC domain. The Win7 receives it’s DHCP info correctly, and sees everything on the domain (printer, wifi router, satelite router) but it does not see the Win2k server nor the Win2k Pro box on the network. When attempting to join the domain, the error message is that the Win7 box can not find an ADDC controller. I have tried to upgrade to Win2K3 server, but am getting the same fault. What do I need to do????

I read your expert response about XP only allowing one incoming VPN connection at a time. Is this the case with Vista also? If so, are there any free VPN software servers that can handle many incoming VPN connections to Windows XP/Vista/7?
