Audit the security of a windows 2003 box to see which of the 3588 accounts have administrative rights
there is a software that can dump user ID’s and you can select to see what rights they have (administrator/users and etc) and you can see when is their last logon and if their ID is disable and etc. But i forgot the software name..will get back to you onthat

No you don’t disable it. The setting all depends on how much disk space you have. Somewhere around 4-8 Gigs is usually fine. You shouldn’t be using the page file much.
