• How to export window mail contacts to outlook 2007?

    I have backed up all of the windows mail appdata while running window vista. However I did not export anything. I upgraded to window 7 and I want to import all contacts to outlook 2007. How do I do that. I look in window mail appdata and there is no ost or pst files. How do I do this?
