Turn off organiser calendar entry
If you are the orgsnizer it will be on your calendar. There is no option for it not to be, period. However you can set it to show the time as free and set it for no reminder as well.

The extension of the file should be.prn.  So, knowing this, try doing a search of the extension*.prn on your hard drive and see where it is defaulted to.  You may be able to change the defaulted path to a folder that you can create so that you know exactly where they are.

Getting ownership of a domain from an out-of-business company
You basically have two options. 1. Get in contact with someone at that company and purchase the domain from them. 2. Wait for the domain name registration to expire (which could take years) and then purchase it. .com addresses aren’t specific to the US. Anyone can have a .com/.net/.org domain name.
