• What’s more important when choosing a hard drive?

I am about to purchase a new hard drive and want to get the best value for money. My choice currently lies between the Western Digital Caviar Green (5400 rpm and a 64 MB cache) and a Seagate hard drive (7200 rpm and a 32 MB cahce). So the question is, what's more important, RPM or cache size?
