What has to happen before I can do an upgrade from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2008? I have a new server if necessary but would like to perform an upgrade. This is running on a Windows 2003 server.

How can I create a raid 10? From the adapters bios (perc4) I only see raid 1 or 0. Does this mean my card or drives do no support the option?

Can I tell what user deleted a group of files or folders via SMB? The users are on a mix of windows and apple machines but I can not determine who deleted the files. Is there any way to tell who did it after the fact?

Can I access job info directly from the CA-View
What I would like to do is to display a list of jobs that are defined to CA-View then retrieve those jobs using SARBCH. I have a list, but it has to be manually maintined and I am trying to remove that aspect of the process.

Outlook 2003 will not open. Every time I open it I am told the file was not closed properly and a long wait occurs. What can I do to prevent this from happening again? Windows XP SP2.

I have a ML 350 with a 641 controller running RAID5 with 3 36 gb drives and 2 72 gb drives. Since the 72s are acting as 36s can I rebuild them with 36s?
