Problem of inability to submit form when browsing! Please help

I have this problem that does not allow me to submit form correctly when browsing on the internet.
Is this problem peculiar to my laptop hardware, software XP or browser specific and how can I correct this anomally?
Often I use google chrome, firefox and internet explorer and this problem occurs often.
Please and kindly assist, advise, instruct on steps to take in resolving this nagging problem.

Outlook web access will not work on Firefox 3.6. Our president really wants it to work. Is there anything I can do so he does not have to use Internet Explorer? Windows 7 on the laptop and desktop. Exchange 2005 on the backend.

Local Host Problem

When it try to run local host in the fire fox it displays:
“You are not authorized to view this page” What can be the reasons? Any one please help me.

I got an error when i run my report on firefox, that was not running my report on mozilla firefox, and continuew with my homepage, but when i un-install my firefox and restart the reports 10g. It will run simply on IE. But i want to run my report on mozilla firefox. Please give me the solution.

I have a Win XP SP2 virtual machine running on Microsoft Virtual PC 2007, in which all Firefox (Version 2) settings are being reset every time the VM starts up. This includes but is not limited to history and bookmarks.

Not a big deal, since this VM is used only for software testings, but rare.

Have you seen this behavior before ?
What would you suggest ?

The host OS is also XP, but SP3.
