My Lexmark scans great.
My problem with Windows Picture Media it takes over. My Lexmark knows it is a document I change it from picture to document. Great but the Windows on my computer takes over and I can’t save it under DocXs or Doc. HELP!

Can one user (secretary) set up recurring event in another user’s (the boss) calendar without other user “sharing” their calendar? Does this require permission from them? What are the steps to doing this function?

Adding a new printer
Hi, We just received a new *IPDS printer, I added it thru: WRKDEVD WRKWTR : started Received msg: “RICOH1 not available Device not powered on use WRKCFGSTS to id the status of the device” in WRKCFGSTS, nothing that would relate to RICOH1 or the ability to add any entry. Any ideas?

PDF to txt in Apple OS X
I have just been sent a document in PDF form. It’s a text, and normally in preview (Apple) I can select the text, copy it and paste it somewhere. In this case, it’s impossible. Any solutions to this? It’s fairly long and don t want to have to retype it.

Spool data truncated in PDF
Hi, I have a spool created, when I try to print the spool directly, it gets truncated. If I try to download the file from sp01, it is complete in text format but in PDF format data is truncated. I checked for printer settings, it is set to maximum width. Can anyone please suggest something?
