• How can I keep my Windows machine awake?

    I have a specific piece of software (was written in Java) that's running on my PC. Which is also running Windows. I want this software to tell (or signal) the operating system to keep my machine awake. I don't want it to go to sleep mode. Is there a C program to do this?
