Hello, how are you people? I have a question about Transporter Suite plain text/html format.

I would like to know if the Transporter Suite copies items (calendar, emails, address book, etc) from

a source server(OPen Xchange) and keeps the original format on the destination server(Exchange 2007).

Basically I need to confirm that the messaging objects(messages, calendars,etc) will be copied as HTML on the destination server(Exchange 2007).

I read the Release Notes for the Transporter Suite of tools available at:(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=362DB2CA-B254-4301-B506-749F90AD8669)

The document includes some data about my question, but it´s not definitive. I would like to confirm it keeps the HTML format. You can find an extract from the document below:

“Transporter Suite for Internet Mail” The Microsoft Transporter Suite for Internet Mail is a collection of tools used to migrate POP or IMAP mailboxes to Microsoft Exchange Server mailboxes. It includes the following features:

The ability to migrate mail items, attachments, rich content, calendar items, and folders, and to preserve status information such as read or unread.

Lotus to MOSS Migration using Microsoft Transporter suite

i am working on a Notes to Sharepoint 2007 migration project & i am using Microsoft Transporter suite to migrate the default Notes Document Libraries, Team Rooms and Discussion boards.

I am facing the problem of data inetgrity. For eg: There is no direct way to migrate Notes Team Room to MOSS Team Room template. Can someone give some guidance on the way to go about with Transporter or any other way of making a smooth migration…
