• Microsoft Outlook: Booking a meeting in a different timezone

    My Boss will be in California in January.  She has an appointment at 7:30am Pacific.  I have put it in her calendar though for 10:30am Eastern as it should adjust to Pacific when she gets there. Is that right? Or should I book the meeting for 7:30am regardless?
