Why are meeting requests being sent out from my Outlook 4 weeks after the due date

Outlook 2007 meeting planner recipients that are deleted still getting updates
When I delete recipients from the original meeting planner and send an update with new time/location, the recipients that were deleted still get the update. In Outlook 2010, I am set up as a delegate for my two people and receive a copy of all of their meeting requests. If I am on vacation and set my emails with an out of office message, will those vacation messages be sent to everyone who sends meeting requests to the two people?

Is there a way to keep people who are forwarding meetings that I chair from inviting others to my meeting.
Invitees of my meetings have been forwarding my meetings to others which automatically adds these people to the meeting invite. What I want to know is if there is a way to prevent any outsiders from being added to the meeting when forwarded an invite from other invitees.

Is there a limit to how many external invites that can be included from the Outlook meeting request window? When sending a request to 10 external recipients we get a 4.4.7 delivery error. Resending the same message to 3 – 4 at a time goes through.
