Hi,

we’ve got an English Office 2010 Professional Plus installation. I need to add the proofing tools for a few languages (note NOT the multi language pack, only the proofing tools for the spell checker etc).

But I can’t find them. According to MS (and our Micrsoft Representative) it’s now part of the Multi Language Pack CD. But according to Microsoft’s own documentation (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee942200.aspx#BKMK_PlanProofingTools) I need to find the “Proof.WW” folder.

Both the Office 2010 installation CD and the Multi Language CDs contain a Proofing-xx-yy (eg proofing-en-us or Proofing-nl-nl), but I don’t think those are the ones I need. If I start one of the msi files under those folders (eg on the multi-language CD Proofing-nl-nlProof.deProof.msi) it throws an error (in this example in German) that it excpects a German Office 2010 installation

Can anyone please help me out. Where do I find the proofing tools for Office 2010 and how can I add them to a system.

Everything works, but during the install, it made a change to the Windows .ini. file. Is that normal or have I wound up downloading something other than a legitimate Office 2007?

Issue: When sorting email messages using FROM field, emails from Jane Doe appear with multiple display names. For example:

FROM field = Jane
Email address in email header = Jane [jdoe@email.com]

FROM field = jdoe@email.com

Even though Jane appears in my Outlook Contacts as:
Full name: Jane Doe
File as: Doe, Jane
Email address: jane@email.com
Display name as: Jane Doe

Can I sort them by email address and not display name? Currently I have to look through the emails FROM “Jane” then scroll down past some other names and look through a second group of emails FROM “jdoe@email.com” Can Outlook group them both together since they come from the same email address?

I have Outlook 2003 pre-loaded from Dell and have set up a new user. The new user cannot open Outlook! It tries to install but then stops as it is asking for the source of the original installation etc. I am not very experienced in IT but will give anything a go. Dell wanted paying for their help as the PC is out of its warranty period. Has anybody got any ideas? Running Vista Business and the software is Office Professional.
