  • Outlook isn’t starting due to unavailable Exchange Server

I've been having a problem with Microsoft Outlook 2013. For some reason, it can't start due to an unavailable Microsoft Exchange Server. However, all the data passed is correct though. Can someone tell me how to get this working? Thanks!
