Is it possible to build something that would match certain tags from a contact record to the tags that are in an Outlook RSS folder- and then use workflow to generate an email to the contact that includes content from the RSS folder?

Two CRM instances on same domain. Is it possible?

Can you have two instances of CRM 3.0 on the same domain? If so, how do you implement it. Also, how do the two instances affect security? For example will user with "Sys Admin" on CRM1 have the same level of access on CRM2.
