Make Table query Produces different result than same select query

In MS Access what would cause a make table query to produces differnet results than same query as a select query

Paste from Microsoft Excel cells to Microsoft Access table successfully but...

When I perform a Paste Append into the table, the field I need that is a hyperlink is being truncated, thus link fails. How can I get the link to pates exactly as is from Excel?

Replace an Exsisting Table

I want to make a Table in Access. I figured this out but how do I overwrite this table because obviously I don't want to make new tables again and again. Right now i have just implemented a simple table. Any help would be help. Thanks
