Toggle button in Microsoft Access form
Hi, in an access form I have included a Toggle button which when "on click" imports an excel spreadsheet. What I want is to block this toggle button after clicking it the first time so if someone clicks on it again, it won't import the same database. Thanks

Changing field format in Access 2003
We have an Access data base that includes date of birth in the format mm/dd/yyyy. For reasons I don't need to go into now, we have to change all of them to a different format - yyyymmdd. Is there a way of doing this without changing every individual record? This would save us hours of work. Thanks
