Access 2007: VB Code for making a Select all Option
Currently running an Access 2007 database for tracking forms used in multiple States trying to add a Select all button instead of having to go through and select each individual state (the States are populated from a different table and in a drop down multiple selection window)

I have a training database and I can easily pull up a report of all dates a person took courses but I would like to just get a report of the last time a person took each course. I do not want multiple listing of a course.

Date fields in Microsoft Access 2007 when mail merged into a letter etc, become American. ie 5/18/2010 instead of 18/5/10

I was able to open a form by clicking on the ID in the subform using code “[Forms]![Sales Home]![ConvoQuery subform].[Form]![ConversationID]=[ConversationID]” and it would open the form I wanted. I have a query that sums donations and groups them by year. When I print receipts, it gives me two receipts — one for year-to-date donations for 2009, and another that includes 2008 and 2009 donations. How do I get just the one receipt to print?
