Hi all, i m mcse certified and having good knowledge but not getting any job because every company require too much like third party products whereas no any institute teaches those. so, please help you out coz i m really in dilemma what should i do or to change my line to programming.

Career confusion?? Hi, I am a trainedin mcse,ccna guy but being a fresher did not find one job in networking field. I came across this opening of NOC Engineer – solaris at a company and they are hiring freshers, I got the job as NOC engineer, I have not much knowledge about linux/solaris but they are willing to train. Please suggest whether joining there is a good thing for career growth or not. Or should i wait for some other job opening ? Dont forget am a fresher. and how will be the carrier growth? and how will be the pay in future bcoz some of my friends said that pay(ctc) will not be good when compare to others software jobs and what is the next levels to grow in it? Hope question is clear here. Please suggest. Thanks! this is the job description below, ================ Designation – NOC Engineer, Linux/solaris Job Description – 1. Monitor Website Infrastructure including traffic, networking equipments, load balancer, servers, and routers. 2. Monitor various tools and alerts and respond with defined SLA. 3. Does various repetitive business and technical metrics checks using tools and manual effort. 4. Ability to work in shifts and work extended hours at times. Ability to be available 24×7 over phone and remote VPN in case of requirement. 5. Adhere to defined process and be ready for some ad-hoc and surprise incidents 6. I have more than 3 years of IT recruiting experience (US STAFFING). Now I want to move to technical side. From the past 1 year i’m free.I have done my networking course mcse and ccna.I’m going to write the certification also.Could any of you suggest me what course should i do in getting a technical job.I’m planning to do SAP-ABAP or AS/400.Your help is highly appreciated

Hi..I have done MA in English and then I studied Hardware & Networking from Jetking. After that I completed MCP(70-270). At present I am working as a Desktop Support in an MNC. I want to know that if I study MCA from Sikkim Manipal will do anything good for me???? Can I study MCA??

MCSE and MCITP: Enterprise Administrator

I am currently doing my MCSE 2003, have 2 MCP’s under the belt however I was curious if I should carry on or to go the MCITP route or if I should carry on with the MCSE and then do the upgrade exam and then have both.

What do you guys think?
