After PTF upgrade, Program is failing with Pointer not set for referenced location when is attempting to write to any file that is being used by the program. Program is re-compiled still problem is not resolved. Can someone throw light on this?

I am runing – SAVLIB LIB(*ALLUSR) SAVACT(*SYNCLIB) This is on my DEV LPAR so i was able to run RCLSTG. It did not solve the problem. Any suggestions? I am receiving it on MANY files.
