Interested in arguments for either side and pros/cons on cloud hosting versus managed server hosting.

considering CCaas Converged Communications as a service
looking at replacing existing PBX with a CCaas soultion to gain the benefit of voip without using IT resources to suppport voice and data in house. Looking for any positve or negitive experiences.

bandwidth distribution-2
hi all, can u tell me how isps distribute bandwidth to the customers(both dial up and leased)how to check that proper distribution is taking place and everyone is getting the correct bandwidth.is there any software that could b used to keep an eye?what else can be done?how to control??? thanks…
