One computer cause another on the network to slow down

Hi guys,

I faced strange problem recently. In network with 3 computers, router, printer one of the computer share documents and database file.

One week ago strange things start to happen. When accessing shared documents on main computer from second computer everething works fine, but when opening some shared document from third computer main computer slows down and hangs.

I checked third computer on viruses and cleaned it from viruses. But it didn’t fixed a problem.

I think maybe malware messed up something in system files.

Anybody faced same problem?

Signatures of Trojans

How can I verify that there are no trojans on my network? I would like to know where I can find signatures for the latest inceptions of the biggies in the trojan world. I do not trust my anti-virus program and want to manually check md5s of files that trojans infect.

I saw this new Antimalware tool on SecurityFocus today made by a company called Black List Software. They have a website where you can download Omega and the description says that it can disable malicious software on an NTFS formatted disk from *outside* the Windows OS. I have never heard of this program before and I was wondering if any of you guys have ever tried it and if it was effective?

TROJAN DELETION

I acquired a TROJAN that has become a bit of a problem to get rid. I have tried reformatting my FLASH drive since thats where it originated with no results. It has jumped to my laptop and though it does not seem to be causing a problem i still would like to clear it. I have change virus protection programs about 5 times with no results. After a scan each program says no infected files found yet when i ran AVIRA it picked this: [ TR/VB.aqu.8] located in /mnt/hda1/recycled/ctfmon.exe.

As such can anyone tell how to rid my system of this issue
