Hi all, I have a Group Mailbox. Where multiple users will reply to the customers. When there is any delivery failure, the failure message is routed to User Mail file and not the Group Mail Box. Can anybody help me to route the failure message to Group Mailbox. Thanks in advance.

user unable to assess mailbox
I’m looking for a way to detect if a message in the inbox is internal mail, incoming or outgoing mail. First it seemed that checking for ‘DeliveredDate’ would do the thrick. Outgoing mail doesn’ t has this item….but neither has internal mail… Anybody has an idea?

We are using Exchange Server 2003 and have an “All” universal distribution list named “Community” but individuals want the ability to unsubscribe. To prepare for this, the administration requests that I provide a list of every mailbox in “Community” but I am not aware of any Exchange or Active Directory report program to do this.
