Why everything is Greyed out from Manage ACL.
I am trying to grant "CreateResource" Role to one of the user for Resource Reservation database. But when I go from Domino Administrator->Tools - Database - Manage ACL->All the options are greyed out for this user. Why is that? How can I enable them?

How can you hide specfic words from a field, without hiding the whole field
How would I hide specific words only, in a view or field, but show the rest of the words. For example, always hide "[SEC:UNCLASSIFIED]" in a subject field. So the value would be "Funny Picture [SEC:UNCLASSIFIED]" but it would appear as just "Funny Pictures"

when selecting File --> Location --> Manage locations in Lotus Notes 8 Basic the locations are from names.nsf instead of the user's location documents, how do I change this? Opening the user's address book does bring up the user's location documents.
