while save chat in html format in the sametime 7.5.1 not able to save proper. when i opening save html file nothing showing there any text or image. there is only one thing [strong]<img src= [/strong] anybody can be tell where is problem.

Active IBM Lotus Sametime users shown as offline

I am using IBM Lotus Sametime 7.5. For some reason, the users on my buddy list are marked as offline even though I know that they are online. Can anyone help me to figure out what the problem is here?
