Formula for resetting the counter monthly in Lotus Notes
this is currently my formula: Counter1 := @Elements(@DbColumn(“”:”ReCache”; “”:”" ; “($CounterLookup2)”; 2)) + 1; which is to create a counter for the # of documents saved. But i want it to be able to reset back to 1 every 1st day of the month. Can it be done? where will i put it? thanks a [...]

Lotus Notes receives incoming internet emails in plain text format and doesn’t accept the attachments. Only happens on external internet emails. All internal emails are received in HTML and with attachments intact.

Problem with IE7 and iNotes6 Active X install
When I reply to someone using Notes Web mail the body has a red X where I would type. I’ve deleted the iNotes Class and tried to reinstall the class, but it still doesn’t work. I also tried Firefox, but deleting e-mails don’t delete.

cannot find associated program to open file (PDF attatchments?) from within lotus notes.
Where can I associate the program to open attatchments within a zipped file (pdf attatchments) If I save the attatchment then I can open the pdfs with no problem. From within Notes I get this message when opening the zip file and then the pdfs

Change font size in Lotus Notes
A few people who I sent email to say that my font is too small. How can I change the size permanently (I know I can change on each email). But I don’t want to have to do that for every email. I tried playing with fonts in Preferences but that is only for style.
