When opening a form in my template, I get “Formula is Hidden”. How can I correct this?

when selecting File –> Location –> Manage locations in Lotus Notes 8 Basic the locations are from names.nsf instead of the user’s location documents, how do I change this? Opening the user’s address book does bring up the user’s location documents.

Saving an email outside of Lotus Notes
I have Lotus Notes 6.5. I keep folders on my network drive, usually labeled by subject/project. When I had Outlook, I was accustomed to saving the emails outside of Outlook to the relevant subject/ project folder. Does anyone know if this is possible in Lotus Notes?

I created a hyperlink in MS Excel to an E-mail address (I use Lotus Notes). When I follow, the email is created with the correct subjsct line however the text line is blank i.e., simply not there, even though it appears in the “text to appear” diologus box. Does anyone know why this is?

Problem deleting emails.
Whenever this laptop user tries to delete an email, they get the error message “Cannot find eternal name: “DBQUERYDELETEDOCUMENTEEXT”. So far we tried running the nfixup.exe -F mailusername. Is there a way to fix this issue without having to delete the replica mail or stripping the .ini file?
