Lotus notes transfer from 5 to 6.5

Hi All,   Can anybody please guide me that how I can upgrade all lotus clients and domino sever which are in R5 to R6.5 What other things should I keep in mind while upgrading.   Any help would be much appreciated.   Thanks     Software/Hardware used: R5 Domino Server
