I’m using Lotus Notes 7 and some time ago I have created entries in my To Do list and gave them ‘Due date’. Not all of them were done in time and only couple were marked as ‘complete’. However the tasks began to disappear from my list, which is really disappointing as I had nice summary of the tasks with links to documents. How can I access these old Items? What made them disappear from the list? Where do I set ‘expiry’ time for these Items? They had gone from calendar too.
