Block users from sending mail using restricted group in Lotus Notes.

we create a group that include info all user email address for easy acces. Before this all users can use that group to send an email but now we need it to be restricted meaning that only admin group can see that group from the listed group or using that group to send an email. The problem is, other users still can send an email to that group even though they can’t see it in the listed group. Can anyone help me how to block that. Thanks

Hi. I want to set up an Archive that 4 people can all use as a shared document store. I believe that I know of two issues:- 1) Only one person could access the Archive at any one time. 2) If archiving a folder structure the 4 individuals must have uniquely named folders, if not then one can over-write the other resulting in documents being deleted. Is there anything else that I should consider? Has anybody else set up an Archive for a small group of people?

looking for an agent or lotusscript that notify the user by a popup notification that an email just recieved in a shared mailbox.

How can I tell if other user had read the email?

I have 2 users accessing the same mail box. Second user (whos has manager access on 1st user mail) cannot see whch emails are alreay been read. She gets all the messages as been unread.
