An error occured while saving meeting in Lotus Notes: Type mismatch

When trying to reschedule a meeting and change a roomreservation. Get this error message. An error occured while saving: Type mismatch. I cancelled the meeting and tryied to schedule a new one and as soon as I try to reserve the room, get the same error.

i am running Lout 8.5.1 Any ideas

I want to allow my assistant access to my calendar functions so she can schedule appointments, meetings, etc. How do I set up the privileges in Notes to allow her to do this from her Notes program on the same corporate network?

Schedule email functionality in Lotus

HI All,

I need somebody advice on sending emails to internal persons and external pesons

Setup Instruction:-

I have lotus domino server which is connected to 10 clients.

I have two agent setup in Lotus databases. These are scheduled agent and generates email everyday morning.

Agent 1:– Sends email to internally to 10 lotus clients based on data

Agent 2:- Sends email to external persons like test@yahoo.com

Issue:-

My both agents use SMTP account to transfer email. Ideally only agent2 should use SMTP account.

I do not want to use Agent1 SMTP account and still wants to transfers internal emails to lotus clients.

Reason is the Agent1 everyday send 150 email in total to all lotus clients and which goes to SMTP and via internet.

ISP thinks that this is generating spam emails and asks to stop this auto scheduled agent1.

Is there any notes routing I can use to send email internally without using SMTP. On the same time, can I use SMTP for agent 2.

Any advice to set this up is really helpful.

Hi All ,

I am getting one urgent issue while running schedule agent on domino server.

— My agent sends email to internal department about reminder of various events. This is scheduled everyday.

When I looked into console, I get error message saying:-

Amgr : Agent < ‘Agent Name’> Error Message: Notes Error: Server not responding.

When I manually run agent, it can generate automatically and above error only comes when I run automatically.

I am quite confused and any guideline would be really appreciated.

Please note that I have recently copied my server to new server. There is no other problem and even notes.ini has correct mail server setting.

Please advice

Here’s the deal, i’m attempting to get an email sent out at 730 without me being there…i read something about Replication, but it just doesn’t make sense to me…i’m not trying to copy my whole lotus notes i just want it to send out a pre written email at that time!
