Lotus Notes font size increase in email

when I receive an email string in Lotus Notes the font size increases to some crazy huge size by the end of the email string. How can I correct this?

Lotus Webmail slow loading attachments

We have remote users on webmail v 7 on XP Pro. We have noticed extremely long load times while trying to send attachments. It does not seem to matter how large or small it is. I think there is issues with IE8, just haven't figured out what is causing this. All users are on broadband, so no issues...

Message in Draft folder

Lotus client: Where is the message stored on server, in which nsf ,if it is still in draft folder.

Lotus-where does message goes once it is deleted from Trash

If a message is deleted from Trash also, is it possible it to recover back again. where is it stored after that. In my case Lotus client version is 6.5

When I delete message in Lotus Notes it does not move to trash folder
