Opening up links/applications in separate windows from messages in Lotus Notes

Lotus Notes mailfile database deleted automatically
Hi, one of our user’s mailfile database has been deleted automatically in our server without any error in our server logs? Is there any way we can retrieve it? or is there any way we can trace its cause? We have server logs though but we cant find the cause in it. Please help

Is there a way to find out who accessed a certain mail file with Lotus Notes/Domino Admin? i.e, an employees mailbox?

After deleting a message in Lotus Notes, it does not go to trash folder
